To begin the journey, we take a non-refundable deposit of USD $ 500 to secure your place in our production queue. Our delivery time from the confirmed design is approximately 12 weeks.FIT
The most important aspect behind building a custom bike is fit. While we love being able to host each and every one of our customers at our locations in Colombia and Miami (or around the world!), It is not always possible (all of our adjustments for new bikes are free). If you are on the go and unable to visit us, we can approach the adjustment in different ways.Do you already know your own setting numbers or are you really comfortable with your current bike setup? No problem! We can design your frame around them and can provide guidance on how to do the measurement. We have a network of professional independent installers around the world that we can contact you with.
GEOMETRY AND DESIGN
We can already hear the question: "Isn't Fit and Geometry the same?" NOPE!The fit definitely informs the geometry, but it is not the same. The Fit simply tells us where your hands, glutes and feet should be on the bike's geometry, balanced for the best possible handling. This is where we ask you a lot of questions (and if possible we will ride with you) and we base each measurement and each tube choice to match your own dimensions, your own flexibility, your own riding style. Are you a bigger and more powerful rider, going to every sprint? Perhaps you are an agile beetle, floating in towering ascents. Do you make descents faster than Marcelo Guttiérrez? Or maybe you want to load your bike with racks and gear for a multi-day expedition in the mountains? Have you competed professionally or have you just started riding? Maybe you haven't even ridden yet. Endless Possibilities.
We will also have to define which of our construction kits we will use for your new bike . Why so early in the process? Some options and parts may affect the production of your frame, and we want to build your bike to your specifications. Once we've confirmed your geometry diagram and its construction, we can start working on the fun part! The painting.
